The short version: what THAT do?! is a free, ad-free toy for kids and the grown-ups playing along. Use it, enjoy it, and play nicely. It's provided as-is, the characters and art are ours, and any optional purchases happen through the app stores behind a grown-ups-only gate.
Using what THAT do?!
You're welcome to use the website and app for personal, family, and classroom enjoyment. Please don't try to break it, misuse it, scrape it, or use it in a way that is unlawful or that interferes with anyone else's use.
Our characters & content
The characters, artwork, sounds, names, and the “what THAT do?!” brand are original and belong to us. You're welcome to play with them in the app and on the site, but please don't copy, redistribute, sell, or make derivative products from them without our permission.
Purchases
The app offers optional one-time purchases to unlock more characters and play modes. These are handled by the app store's own billing (Google Play or Apple) behind a grown-ups-only gate. Pricing, billing, and refunds are governed by the store you bought through and its policies.
For children & families
This is a child-directed product and we keep it that way: we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13, and we don't show ads or use third-party tracking. See our Safety & Privacy page for the details.
No warranty
what THAT do?! is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it fun and working, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or site. It's a toy. Please use common sense and supervise little ones as you would with any activity.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above will always show the latest version, and continuing to use what THAT do?! means you're okay with the current terms.
