What's here

Twelve friendly helpers your toddler already sort of knows: the firefighter, the doctor, the teacher, the mail carrier who comes to the door every day. Plus an astronaut, because every toddler deserves to know that floating in space is somebody's job. Tap a helper and they do their thing, flip a pancake, splash out a fire, count your teeth, then tell your toddler one true thing about their work.

How to play (60 seconds)

Play "who do we call?" Ask your toddler who helps when a puppy feels sick, and clap when they find the vet. Ask who brings the mail, then run to your real front door and check, which is honestly the best part. Finish with the chef: tap, watch the pancake flip, then pretend to flip pancakes together and count each one out loud. Connecting a helper on screen to a real person in your day (your mail carrier, your doctor) is where the words really stick.

Good to know

Helper words are people words, and toddlers collect those quickly because they're attached to real faces and routines. "Doctor" shows up at checkup time, "farmer" at the farmers market, "builder" at every hard-hat sighting from the car. Naming the helper, then naming their tool (hose, hard hat, letters) doubles the vocabulary from every tap.
